Public Relations, and BayRing Communications to create a free wireless hotspot in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. Users access the hotspot (WAP is the Chamber's Information Kiosk) from pubic benches and outdoor cafe seating in Portsmouth's historic shopping and restaurant district.
